Another upload here featuring another OC. This is "The Weatherman", he is inspired by the world of the survival horror, and by my thoughts about how in the plain normality could lie more morbid and horrid mosnters.

Name: Daniel Rozenfield.
Alias: The Weatherman.

Skills: Accurate weather forecast, summons rain and clouds, can turn statues into living beings, has hiw own space inside water puddles, mastery in sculpture, can move any kind of rock (as long as it has any ammount of graphite) with his willpower (stonekinesis?).
Weakness: His memories when he was human, the sun, literally, burns him.
